This Privacy Policy explains how ABINNOVO TECH PVT LTD (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use AB-BILLING billing software, web dashboard, and mobile salon app.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data — Name, email, phone, store/salon name, login credentials, and role assigned by your store admin
• Business data — Sales, invoices, customers, items, services, expenses, employees, attendance, bookings, and reports you enter in the system
• Face attendance — Face photos enrolled for employee attendance verification on the mobile app (stored securely on our servers for matching only)
• Device & app data — Device type, app version, IP address, and logs needed for security and troubleshooting
• Bluetooth printer — Printer name/address saved locally on your device for receipt printing (not uploaded unless included in support logs you share)

2. How We Use Information

• Provide POS billing, inventory, attendance, reports, and other AB-BILLING features
• Authenticate users and enforce store-level access control
• Send invoices, WhatsApp messages, and notifications you configure
• Improve software performance, security, and support
• Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests

3. Data Storage & Security

Your business data is stored on secure servers with access controls. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and industry-standard measures to protect against unauthorized access. You are responsible for keeping your login password confidential.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal or business data. We may share data only with:

• Service providers who help operate the platform (hosting, email, SMS/WhatsApp gateways) under confidentiality obligations
• Authorities when required by law
• Other users in your store according to permissions set by your store administrator

5. Retention

We retain data while your subscription is active and as needed for legal, accounting, or backup purposes. You may request deletion subject to our data retention policy and legal requirements.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Store owners manage employee and customer records through the AB-BILLING admin panel.

7. Children

AB-BILLING is a business software and is not intended for use by children under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of AB-BILLING after updates means you accept the revised policy.
