These Terms of Service govern your use of AB-BILLING salon billing software, website, and mobile applications provided by ABINNOVO TECH PVT LTD.

1. Service

AB-BILLING provides cloud-based POS, billing, inventory, attendance, reporting, and related business tools for salons, spas, and similar businesses.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Store admins are responsible for managing staff access and permissions
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with servers, upload malicious code, or use AB-BILLING for unlawful purposes.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed as described at signup. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of business data you enter. You grant us a license to host and process it solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Face Attendance

Where enabled, face photos are used only for employee attendance verification within your store. You must obtain employee consent as required by local law.

7. Disclaimer

AB-BILLING is provided “as is”. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
